Return and Refund Policy

These policies applies to everyone equally, regardless of personal circumstances, emergencies, health concerns, financial situations, and/or any other individual reasons.

• Please DO NOT purchase a package if you have not previously visited ZENsational Massage & Bodywork. (gift card option is available to purchase a single session, see Massage Treatments to see price list of treatments)
• Once purchased and first session is redeemed, No Refunds!!!
• You can gift sessions in your package to a friend or loved one, please notify me ahead of time prior to doing so.
• Eligible refunds can only be made to the original payor. 
• An administrative fee of 5% will be charged for eligible refunds. 
• Eligible refunds consists of purchasing package and was unable to redeem.
